That was a great year for albums. I've always maintained that the decade between 1965-1975 produced the most great albums over all than any other similar span. That music brings back great memories for me as 1971 was when I was in college.
My birth year was 1951. I don't think albums were prevalent then. I remember 78 single records in my childhood.
Interesting post with a great list. Congratulations on the 71 followers. You should be way past that by the end of April.
