Obama & Overrated

The title kind of says it all.  I think history will show that B.O. (nice initials considering he stinks as a president) will go down as the worst president the United States has ever known.  That is all I have to say about "O".  In the words of Eeyore the loveable donkey from the Winnie the Pooh series, "Not much of a post, for not much of a president."

He is certainly not my choice and so far he doesn't stack up very well against anybody. But God, yes a sovereign God raised him up into this position to fulfill His perfect will. Personally, I think he may very well be God's judgement on this nation for its sin. We need to repent.

Alex well said, it is sad that we as a Nation voted this guy in (not me personally) and now we are stuck with a horrible and destructive president. I agree with Gregg, this may well be a judgement/consequence for our nation because of sin...thanks for the post!

Thanks for the insight everyone - I AGREE. He is indeed God's judgement on the nation. That said, let us not forget to pray for him and all leaders.

I don't even know what to say about this other than we are to PRAY for our leaders. That's what God's Word says .

I hear ya, man! As always, the nation was given no choice in the last presidential election.

Actually, however, B.O. would have to work exceedingly hard to become the worst president in this nation's history.

In truth, it would probably be impossible for any president to top Woodrow Wilson on the "Worst Ever" list. By the time the Wilson Administration was finished inflicting its damage on the U.S., our fate was all but sealed. We have never recovered from what Woodrow Wilson did to this country, and I seriously doubt we ever will.

But, anyway, I appreciate the fact that you aren't afraid to say it the way you see it.

At least he's not a complete clown like our president... Try following the circus that is South African politics (not to mention our Youth League President.) It's a joke!

I agree, we have to pray for all our leaders, it's sad that money and corruption does such damage the world over...

The thing about Obama is that he has most certainly damaged himself enough at this point that he is quite likly to be a one termer. Things will balance out. I echo the sentiment of many of the other comments: we need to pray for our leaders and pray that God's will be done in this situation. Good post to get some comments on :)
